Weddings at Camron-Stanford House

Camron-Stanford House is a picturesque wedding venue located in Oakland within one of Oakland’s most historic landmark buildings. The magical twinkling garden lights, antique bubbling fountain, and picturesque veranda with unmatched views of Lake Merritt make this house the perfect wedding venue.

Our wedding season runs from June through the beginning of October each year. Due to weather considerations, we do not accept wedding bookings outside of the standard wedding season.

Planning Your Wedding at Camron-Stanford House is Easy.

At Camron-Stanford House we pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and the transparency of our process. What you see on our fee schedule is what you get – no extras, no hidden costs, no extra surprises as you’re getting your gown buttoned or dancing the night away.

Your wedding package includes private use of the house and garden. We do have tables and seating for 125 guests, or you may rent your own. A two hour rehearsal period is included in your wedding package.

Our recommended vendor list includes our favorite professionals that can help make your day amazing, but you are welcome to build your own dream team, with no outside vendor fees.

Camron-Stanford House has a prep kitchen which you are welcome to use for your wedding. We do require any caterer who has not worked at Camron-Stanford House to schedule a site visit and sign a Caterer’s Acknowledgement form.

At Camron-Stanford House you are welcome to choose any vendor that fits your wedding plans. We do, however, have a list of recommended vendors that we love working with.

The safety of you, your guests and our staff are of utmost importance to us. At this time we are following recommendations set by the CDC, the State of California, Alameda County, and the City of Oakland. Events may operate at full venue capacity (with the exception of MicroWeddings, which are limited to 40 guests. Updates to this policy may be made at any time, and our event coordinator will communicate any changes that may impact your wedding plans.

Season Calendar

We welcome weddings and other outdoor private events between the months of June through October. Please check our calendar for available dates during this timeframe.

At this time we are booking weddings through 2023.
